Kaw Valley Framing Components has built a business based on efficiency and quality. We design each component to meet the specifications of your plan and we do more than half of the work indoors resulting in:

By working indoors, we eliminate more than half of the outdoor work days lost to bad weather.

Each building is designed using sophisticated software with predetermined standards applied. Much of the work is done using jigs and fixtures insuring proper fit and squareness.  Each part of the finished product is reviewed by several people for accuracy and attention to detail.

• Labor efficiency.

Jobs are broken down into small parts so that each person works efficiently on jobs for which they have been well trained.

• Schedule compliance.

Our management team reviews the schedule daily to insure customer expectations are met.  Our regular work week is 5 days with 2 shifts each day.   We reserve Saturday and Sunday each week for extra time to meet our schedule commitments.  Weather delays are minimized because so much of the work is done indoors.

• High level cost control.

Each step is monitored for effective use of labor and materials.  We recycle anything we can.  Materials usually thrown away by other builders are returned to our facility to be used until each piece is so small it must be discarded.
