Our Process

One of the owners takes charge of each stage of preparing for your job, bringing it to life. We will review your plans and discuss options and personal preferences before the design process begins.
Design. Floor and Roof Truss systems will be integrated with the wall design. Each component will be individually designed to meet the engineering needs of your project.
Final measure. Our design and construction team will make a final measure of your completed foundation.
Last minute adjustments will be made before work begins.
Final customer approval. The customer approves the final project before construction begins.
Build Components

Floor and Roof Trusses Each part of each truss is carefully cut to exacting standards using highly automated equipment. Each truss is laid out in our manufacturing facility, measured and re-measured for accuracy and permanently assembled to last a life time.

Wall Panels. Each wall is laid out and each window and door is carefully constructed before the wall is framed on our state of the art equipment. Next, siding, windows of your choice, trim, flashings, and soffits are applied to the frame. Each completed wall is loaded for delivery. We take special care to load everything in the order it will be needed on the job to minimize handling.

Floor trusses are laid out following our design specifications and are decked accordingly.
Walls are laid out and wall panels installed.
Roof trusses and sheathing cap off the building and make it ready for roofing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Stairs, fire blocking, snow blocking, fir downs complete the project.
